Bring closure to the month and reset your intentions by opening space for the following month by creating a deep sense of connection and reverence. We'll open sacred space, set intention - based on The Heros Journey - we'll embark on guided journey to explore a different perspective to our every day experiences. The use of breath, healing bowls, melodic chanting are all tools we may use to induce the beautiful sense of inner peace necessary to embrace a new outlook on daily challenges.
