Service Description
Leading from the Intro to Yoga Beginner course, we’ll be building from the foundations which we laid in the beginners class. Feel stronger and build on the classic yoga poses known as the big six. Build more strength and stability within your legs, lengthen you spine and your hamstrings, start to experience and greater sense of being open and deeply relaxed.
