Over the term you'll be re-introducing to the basics of the ancient practice of Yoga. Incorporating the yoga postures and balances with breathwork and meditation. The classes will build slowly to help you create strong, flexible bodies and minds.
Each morning we'll ease in with tea meditation to set intention. From here we'll build up from the ground, to standing back to the ground again.
